By using this website I understand that the massages administered here are intended to reduce stress, relieve tension, muscle spasms and improve circulation, improve insomnia, migraine fibromyalgia, treat pain and other health conditions and improve quality of life. I understand that it is not the job of the massage therapist to diagnose conditions, diseases or other physical or mental disorders. As such, this massage therapist does not prescribe any medical treatment or medication, nor does he/she perform any type of procedure if you already have a pre-existing condition. It has been made very clear to me that massage is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and I have been advised to see a physician if I am suffering from any ailment that requires medical attention by a health specialist. Our Company uses high quality products, but we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur at the time of the session. All treatments performed in our office are alternative medicine procedures and do not exempt random treatment with your personal physician. This masseuse should be aware of any illnesses I may have, I have reported all known medical illnesses, and it is my responsibility to keep you informed of the status of my physical health. Our time together is precious, so I agree to cancel the fee 24 hours in advance. Unless it is an EMERGENCY, if I miss an appointment, I agree to pay the full amount of the agreed massage. If you have any reaction or pain, go to your trusted doctor urgently, we disclaim any responsibility for any health problem or reaction that may arise during or after receiving the massage.
